The TRADE Hub Indonesia team has formulated the country-level Theory of Change. This will be a guideline for developing and implementing valuable project activities that drive change. Two impact areas of the TRADE Hub Indonesia are: (1) improved benefits and reduced impacts for palm oil and coffee trade, and (2) better wildlife trade governance and reduced trade in illegal wildlife.
These two impact areas are being explored in an Indonesian context focusing on the trade in two agricultural commodities (palm oil and coffee) and wildlife species/commodities (i.e. songbirds and snakeskin) through six outcomes and 19 outputs.
