Tertius de Kluyver is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Department of the Environment of the Government of Australia. His current project is the development of Australia’s national greenhouse gas inventory for wetlands following the guidance of the 2013 IPCC Supplement to the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories – Wetlands. Mr de Kluyver holds a PhD from Queensland’s University of Technology on marine ecology and a BSc on Biochemistry from Griffith University.
