Applications open: CIFOR-USAID Masters Degree Fellowships in the US

The Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) are pleased to announce master’s degree opportunities for 20 highly qualified Indonesian candidates to study forestry conservation, natural resources management and related disciplines in the United States.

Highly qualified candidates are invited to apply now for admission in September 2016. Deadline for applications: 30 November 2015.

Applications will open in April 2016 for admissions in September 2017.

The program forms the capacity development component of CIFOR’s research program on ‘Governing Oil Palm Landscapes for Sustainability (GOLS)’, funded by USAID. CIFOR will match qualified candidates with participating US university partners, and will assist candidates with various aspects of the university application process.
