Yuti Ariani

Yuti Ariani Fatimah is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Nanyang Technological University. Her research interests include science and technology studies (STS) focuses on theoretical and practical aspects of power and agency, system dynamics and transition in developmental context. Her broad interests are influenced by her inter-disciplinary background. She earned her Bachelor degree in Mathematics and a Master degree from Development Studies, both from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). She pursued her PhD in Eindhoven University of Technology, She combined development studies and innovation science literature through the ethnographic work in Central Java and Sumba area. Prior joining the Nanyang Technological University, She has done consultancy works on climate change (using system dynamics model) and smart city (by developing index) and worked as a journalist.
