Abdul Manan or Cik Manan is a community leader in Sungai Tohor Village. Now he also serves as chief advisor of the Ekonomi Kreatif Andalan (EKA). He is also active in various community and environmental activities in the peatland area, especially in the Sungai Tohor area. EKA is a local NGO in Riau that is actively engaged in the community and environmental issues in peatlands.
