Colas Chervier

Seconded Scientist

Colas Chervier is a CIRAD Scientist in Ecological Economics, seconded to CIFOR’s Climate Change, Energy and low-carbon development (CCE) Team. Colas is an expert in the evaluation of policies/interventions for natural resource conservation and sustainable management (counterfactual methods, theory-based evaluation). His work focuses on how economic, fiscal and administrative incentives can help change the behavior of land users and governments. Colas holds a PhD in Economics and a MSc in Tropical Agronomy, Agricultural Development & Development Economics.
