Gender and palm oil: Working together as a couple

Yuliana Putri Leha, 23, has worked gathering oil palm fruits together with her husband, Singapul, since 2014 in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. Yuliani works on a casual basis, but says she’s unsure if she could find alternative work if she tried.
