This project supports strong evidence based research, capacity development opportunities, and strategic partnerships and engagements around the topic of "Conservation and Sustainable Use of Tropical Forest Biodiversity". In the previous phase of this project, the activities have already resulted in significant policy and practice influence related to forest conservation and sustainable use of tropical forests and contributed to policy development and implementation. The project continues to do this through specific support for the Bushmeat Research Initiative (BRI) and Sustainable Landscapes and Food Systems.
