The overall objective of this research partnership is to ensure that policymaker and practitioner communities have the knowledge, information, analysis and tools they need to ensure effective and cost efficient reduction of carbon emissions and enhancement of carbon stocks with equitable impacts and co-benefits, including poverty reduction, enhancement of non-carbon ecosystem services and protection of local livelihoods, rights and tenure.
