Convened for first time in Latin America, the World Congress of the International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO) will take place in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil from September 29 to October 5 and will be co-organized by the Brazilian Forest Service (SFB) and EMBRAPA. The Congress would be a great opportunity for forestry professionals to exchange experiences and knowledge on technological innovations, as well as to stay up to date on the latest research findings and trends for the future of forestry and forest research across the world.
About three thousand participants are expected to join IUFRO 2019.
