Presentation of the results of the safeguards and benefit sharing distribution study: National experiences

Presentación de resultados del estudio sobre salvaguardas y distribución de beneficios: experiencias nacionales

CIFOR and the Peruvian NGO DAR will hold a half-day event in Lima, Peru, to present initial findings of the REDD+ Safeguards and Benefit Sharing Distribution Study, which involves forest communities of the San Martin and Junin regions in Peru. The meeting will gather REDD+ stakeholders from the country, including government representatives from the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Economy, subnational authorities, community leaders and researchers.

This event is supported by the DFID Knowfor program and is part of CIFOR’s Global Comparative Study on REDD+ (GCS-REDD+).
