With the growing concern over the impacts of climate change and the increase in natural disasters, an increasing number of people are taking an interest in geographical issues. The IMAHAGI (Indonesia Geography Student Association) is organising its first Geographical International Symposium (GIS) in order to promote debate and discussion on the most pressing environmental issues. The event will use exhibitions, presentations, and cultural visits to being together students and members of the public to explore the theme “Climate Change for Sustainability.”
