Towards a green economy in Asia: Inserting forests into the sustainable development goals

This session will focus on different forest-related approaches and mechanisms employed in Asian countries to steer development and investment towards a green economy and sustainability and discuss how they are understood and applied in different contexts, their potential for advancing transition towards a green economy and the lessons learned.
