Prof Dr Herry Purnomo is a system modeler with advance knowledge on multi-level governance, value chain analysis, adaptive collaborative management, and action research. He has been working on furniture value chains, landscape management, criteria and indicator for sustainable forest management, policy science, conflict resolution, mitigation and adaptation to climate change, carbon life cycle, and reforestation fund. He also experienced in facilitating multi-stakeholder discussion.
His academic background is forestry, artificial intelligence, and agricultural meteorology. He works extensively in Asia, including China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.
