When I visited Bali Botanic Garden last month, I saw two Japanese tourists practicing yoga in front of an old big banyan tree. For yoga practitioners, nature has its own energy and humans depend on it. This belief is also common for Balinese. They have a custom called Tri Hita Karana or three causes of well-being, referred to in the principle are harmony among people, harmony with God, and harmony with nature. If only the traditional wisdom such as this widely implemented, it is not impossible for the current generation to pass down some of the greatest wealth of the earth to the next generations.
