Photographer’s remarks

The Guludan Technique is an innovative projects initiated by Prof. Cecep Kusmana to rehabilitate mangrove forest in abandoned fishponds which are filled out 2-3 meters of water. From the case, it is so difficult to plant the mangrove seedlings in the site so that the Guludan Technique is an effective method for rehabilitating and restoring the degradation of mangrove forests successfully. The technique also allows engaging local communities to involve for rehabilitation program.
